CJ Pony Parts, a Mustang Parts retailer, recently put together an awesome poster series called Classic Cars and their Countries of Origin.
The guys at CJ got the inspiration from watching the World Cup. The game was Germany vs USA and Germany was winning 1-0. However, they figured that America’s most famous car, the Mustang, could beat Germany’s Beetle any idea. Then the idea was born to design classic cars with the flags of their home countries.
There are some pretty awesome-looking cars in here. I personally would love the Aston Martin decked out in Great Britain’s flag. But honestly, I’d take any of them. Check them out:
1951 Citroen Traction Avant
1959 Hindustan Ambassador
1962 Ferrari 250 GTO
1999 R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R
2012 Seat Ibiza
1964 Aston Martin DB5
1963 VW Beetle
1975 Hyundai Pony
1964 Ford Mustang
1984 Saab 900
So… are you thinking of buying one of these iconic vehicles? Before you seek them out, make sure you know how to properly care and transport them. Classic cars come from all over the world and have their own unique spins on automotive design. No matter which classic cars and their countries of origin you choose, all options are fascinating.
