None of us play the lottery to get rich, but it’s nice to dream about what we’d do with the jackpot. With that in mind, here are the five cars that I’d buy if I won a significant lottery jackpot like the Mega Millions which is currently sitting at $190 million. Keep in mind that these are *my* dream luxury cars – they might not align with the vehicles that you would buy with your lottery winnings, but that’s fine because they’re the cars that I’m dreaming of. Without any further adieu, here is my list!

5. Lamborghini Veneno

The first luxury sports car I ever fell in love with was the Lamborghini Diablo in the 1990s. While this car still holds a special place in my heart, Lamborghini’s luxury cars have evolved and changed over the years. If I won a lottery this year, the first car that I’d be adding to my new garage would be the 2013 Lamborghini Veneno. There were only five of these supercars in the world, and only three of them might be available – the other two were kept at Lamborghini for testing and as a 50th birthday gift to the brand. It originally sold for $4.5 million, but today you can expect to pay $10 million or more to add this car to your garage.

4. Lotus Exige

This sports car has been on my “buy when I win the lottery” list for decades. The 3.5L V6 Engine can accelerate from 0-60 in 4.8 seconds, and I adore the look of the car itself. It may be the least expensive car on this list – the base car starts at about $77,000 but if I’m adding one of these to my collection you know I’m going to spring for all the extras packages.

3. Ford GT

If you want to feel like you’re driving a race car – and have half a million dollars to spend on a luxury car – then the new Ford GT should be on your list. It’s definitely on mine. The new GT is equipped with a 3.5L V6 Ecoboost engine that can go from 0-60 in 3.5 seconds – faster than the Lamborghini Furacan and the Ferrari 488 Spider. Plus, it looks like a race car. You can never go wrong with that.

2. Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita

They say that diamonds are a girl’s best friend, but they can be everyone’s best friend when they’re woven into the carbon fiber that makes up the CCXR Trevita. The carbon fiber that’s used to make up the body of this supercar is coated with diamond dust. It’s also got a top speed of 254 miles per hour, thanks to the extreme aerodynamics It sold for $4.5 million new, but only two of these cars were ever made so even a $190 million Virginia Mega Millions jackpot might not be enough to add this gem to my collection.

1. Ford Mustang Fox Body

This one is pure nostalgia – my parents owned one as a kid, and I loved it- but it’s on my lottery list for a reason. Any Fox Body Mustangs that I can find today are going to need some serious TLC, so this one will wait until I win the jackpot because, in addition to buying the car, the goal is to build a fully stocked garage that I can use to work on it. The classic 5.0L Ford engine is also a breeze to work on, and super easy to find parts and mods for so I can turn it into a real project car.
